Every company answers a different challenge. All of them share the same way of building.

Floutel is the Manix Capital group’s retail telecoms operator, for households and businesses. Launched in 2025 from Manresa (Barcelona), it sells symmetric fibre at 600 Mb and 1 Gb, 5G mobile lines and a landline with unlimited calls, with coverage across Spain. Manix Capital launched it in November 2025 and owns 100% of it.

Xarxalia Network is the Manix Capital group’s digital agency, based in Manresa (Barcelona). It covers four areas companies usually buy from four different suppliers: applied artificial intelligence for business processes, web and eCommerce development with SEO, brand identity, and communications and social media. It has been part of the group since January 2025, wholly owned, and its clients also use the group’s MIA technology.

Polsaas is the Manix Capital group’s venture builder for technology applied to investment. It was created together with G70i, a firm specialising in distressed real estate, NPLs and auctions, and builds asset analysis and valuation platforms for professional investors. The first is Subastech. Manix Capital came in on a 40% stake in December 2025.

Olba Properties is the Manix Capital group’s real-estate arm. It invests in, manages and develops commercial and industrial assets — retail units, logistics platforms, business parks and mixed-use complexes — applying ESG criteria to both acquisition and management, with a long-term return horizon. It has been part of the group since 2023, wholly owned.

Neutralia is the Manix Capital group’s wholesale telecoms carrier. It runs its own autonomous system, AS61401, has been a RIPE NCC member since 2022 and has network presence in data centres in Barcelona and Madrid. It sells wholesale fibre, white-label mobile, IP transit and peering to carriers, businesses and public administrations. It has been part of the group since November 2025, wholly owned, and all its network points are in Spain.

Subastech is the Manix Capital group’s property-auction analysis platform, operated by Polsaas. It cross-references Spain’s BOE auction portal, the cadastre and the Land Registry to deliver pre-bid due diligence: encumbrances, occupancy status, minimum bid and deadlines. It analyses some 24,000 auctions a year. Manix Capital came in on a 40% stake in December 2025.
